Insert HS2 protest message here

EVEN passing readers will have picked up on the fact that the Camden New Journal has a rather dim view of the destruction reserved for Camden by the government’s in-parts gratuitous HS2 rail link. And, as such, we were happy to give some exposure to demonstrators in Primrose Hill last weekend. They should be listened too.

Here’s a funny thing, though. When our photographer got to Regent’s Park Road, he found the campaign had been in such a rush, it had not had time to finish its giant banner – or even start it. Although flattered by the idea that he had high computer skills, our man on the scene was unable to take up  the suggestion of ‘photoshopping in the campaign logo later’ and picked a more cropped shot than the one below for press publication.
