The views on the Heath

THESE pages are quite obsessed with the artist impressions that come up with newsworthy planning application. There was the one with the hurdy-gurdy windmill dancing man at King’s Cross, the posh double bass busker at Euston and the old pals at Mornington Crescent. This week, the City of London sent through their plans for dams around Hampstead Heath.
