Rory’s revenge

ALASTAIR Campbell brought his son, Rory, along with him last night for the Pakistan flood appeal match at Haverstock. The father and son were the star players in a 10-4 win for Camden Labour against the Camden New Journal. Campbell Junior, in particular, was too hot to handle, clearly fitter than anybody else on the pitch. He was scoring goals from all angles including a sweet free-kick after Raj Chada had dived on the floor like a snipered swan with only the mildest brushes from yours truly. Great goal, Rory. Teach us to get his 1,500 metres time wrong… a dark chapter in the history of the newspaper’s sports pages.
