It is of course the bust of Karl Marx in a niche in the Members’ Room in Camden Town Hall.
Interestingly not removed when the Lib Dem Tory administration dis a spruce-up of the Members’ Room a while back. Of course, a great Camden resident, who did his greatest work in the British Museum library, and now has the most famous tomb in Highgate Cemetery, and deserving of honour irrespective of politics.
