Two ways to tell a story

LAST week, the Camden New Journal published what I think we all thought was a nice piece about Gail Porter helping out her local charity shop. It was about the shop in Primrose Hill trying to recover a stolen sign. It had nothing to do with any past problems she may have had in her personal life. It had nothing to do with alopecia.
Still, if you see the Daily Mail today you will learn how: TROUBLED TV GIRL, ONCE ONE OF BRITAIN’S HIGHEST PAID TV PIN UP GIRLS, IS WORKING IN A CHARITY SHOP!!
It’s a kind world out there, isn’t it?

a) There is nothing wrong with working in a Charity shop.
b) For Charity shop workers – that is the shop to aspire to work at.

Jesus. I bumped into Gail when she was manning a stall at her daughters school fete. Perhaps the Mail could report on this too?!
